Felicidad Aveleyra is a Mexican journalist and anchor of “Noticias Telemundo Mediodia,” which was launched in 2018. That same year, her newscast won the Emmy for Best News Broadcast in Spanish language television.

 

She joined Telemundo in December of 2015 as co-anchor of “Noticias Telemundo Fin de Semana,” helping to establish it as a leading weekend newscast in Spanish-language TV.

Prior to joining Telemundo, Felicidad was a news anchor for “Noticias Univisión 34” in Los Angeles. She has an extensive career as a television host for programs such as “Fila Zero” on Televisa Guadalajara and “Los Mejores Músicos.com,” and she anchored the evening sports news for “Estadio Total” on Televisa Deportes Network.

 

She has been awarded three Emmys and two Edward R. Murrow awards, among her many accolades.
